PS PLUS FREE GAMES PREDICTIONS FOR NOVEMBER 2018
The Big Game – Rise of the Tomb Raider
Every month, those who subscribe to Sony’s online services are also gifted a few free games through the PlayStation Plus program. Usually, one larger game headlines the list from a AAA studio, so players can feel like they are getting the most bang for their buck.
For November 2018, we believe Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration would be a great contender. The original Rise of the Tomb Raider released on PS4 in October 2016 as the 20 Year Celebration edition, after first releasing for Xbox 360 and Xbox One in November 2015. It would be timely to offer Rise of the Tomb Raider on PS Plus now as Shadow of the Tomb Raider released last month in September and Sony is known for waiting until a new entry in a series is released before offering a previous entry for free.
As well, this wouldn’t be the first time a Tomb Raider game is offered on PS Plus. Past inclusions of the series on PS Plus include Tomb Raider: Underworld on PS3 in December 2011 and the 2013 reboot Tomb Raider on PS3 in March 2014.
If we don’t see Rise of the Tomb Raider next month, it’s safe to say we should see it sometime in the near future. Check out page two where we consider a couple indie titles that could make the PS Plus list for November 2018 as well.
