Unlocking the Broodhold Strike in Destiny 2: Forsaken

Recommended Videos

Destiny 2’s most anticipated expansion yet, Forsaken, launched today for consoles and PC, adding a lot of new content for fans to uncover and enjoy. The first of the second year DLC adds four new Strikes to the playlist: Broodhold, The Hollowed Lair, Warden of Nothing, and The Corrupted.

Unlike the other three Strikes, Broodhold is a PS4 exclusive, meaning the first requirement will be purchasing a PlayStation 4. Once you’ve accomplished that head over to the Destinations map in the game. Head over to the Strike playlist and select Broodhold, located in the new director playlist section that was introduced in Forsaken.

In order to descend into the Reef and combat a nest swarming with Hive, a Power level minimum of 400 is required.

Once you complete the full Forsaken story campaign, the strike and its playlist will be unlocked in the Director, and you’ll be able to start playing those. The final quest in the Forsaken story is titled Nothing Left to Say, so just look out for that mission name and you’ll know how close you are to actually completing the campaign. Finish it up, watch the final cutscenes, and you’ll be good to go after that.

And that’s how to play the Broodhold Strike in Destiny 2: Forsaken. For more guides and help on Destiny 2, be sure to check out our wiki. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions or leave any comments in the section below.
