How to Make an Axe in My Time at Portia

Recommended Videos

Not long into your My Time at Portia adventure, you’ll need to complete the First Builder test to prove your mettle. One of the requirements of the test is to make an axe. You may have no idea how to do that at first, but don’t worry, we’ll tell you what you need to do.

To make an axe, you’ll need 13 units of both wood and stone. However, since you don’t have the axe or pickaxe to harvest them by cutting down trees or breaking rocks, you’ll have to find them elsewhere. Thankfully, both of them can be found just to the left of the entrance to Peach Plaza. Have a look around on the grassy area and you’ll collect 13 in no time.

Once you’ve got enough stone and wood, head back to your workshop and look for the worktable outside and to the right of the building. Press E (or A if you’re using an Xbox One controller) to use it and begin crafting your axe. Finally, confirm that you want to make an axe and it’ll be yours. If you do not need to complete the First Builder test because you’ve played a fair amount of the game already, simply use the materials to craft the axe as you usually would.

That is all you need to know about making an axe in My Time at Portia. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
