Microsoft is adding another seven games to its Netflix-like Xbox Game Pass in November, and an additional game available now for all members. The seven Xbox One and Xbox 360 games that join the subscription service starting Nov. 1 include:
- Halo Wars Definitive Edition
- Mega Man 9
- Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
- Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty
- Resident Evil HD
- Sky Force Anniversary
- The World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the most prolific game in the list, and comes with one limitation. The game will only be available in Xbox Game Pass for the next three months, until Jan. 31, 2018. This is the first time a game announced for the pass will have a temporary lifespan since the service’s launch in June.
Earlier this week, select original Xbox games were made available to purchase and play for Xbox One via backward compatibility. To mark the occasion, Microsoft has added Ninja Gaiden Black to the Xbox Game Pass catalog starting today.
The $9.99 per month service has over 100 games to download and play, alongside a free 14-day trial. Those looking to pick up a new Xbox One S for the holidays can receive between one to three months of the pass in four different bundles.
