Final Fantasy XV: How to Sprint and Run

Sprint and Run – Final Fantasy XV

Recommended Videos

Final Fantasy XV’s world of Eos is pretty huge and holds a ton of interesting things for you to go and find. Because of this, it’s likely that you’ll want a way to get around the world a little bit faster when other methods of transport simply can’t get you there. Here’s how to sprint and run in Final Fantasy XV.

By simply moving your left analog stick in the direction you want to go in Noctis will start jogging, but if you want to get somewhere even faster all you need to do is press down on the left stick on your Xbox One or PS4 controller, or hold down Circle or B to sprint.

It’s worth noting, however, that sprinting will use up some of Noctis’ stamina bar, so he’ll slow down eventually. There is a trick to get infinite sprint, though, which requires you to hit the Sprint button (either method that we outlined above) just as Noctis’ stamina bar is about to deplete. If you time this correctly, the stamina bar should fill back up again allowing you to continue your speedy on-foot traversal of Eos.
