Tekken 7 Tier List: The Best Fighters for Online

Tekken 7 Character Tier List

Tekken 7 is out on June 2 (you can check out our review here) and it will let players pick from a large roster of unique characters to put the beats on the computer, friends, and/or players from around the world. There are 36 fighters to choose from right out of the gate (37 if you got the day one edition which includes Eliza as DLC), which can make it difficult to choose who you should focus on learning. Tekken as a series has never been one to offer simple controls like say Street Fighter, so choosing which individuals to take your time to learn can be of the utmost importance.

That’s where the Tier List comes in, a simple list that lets you know where characters rank in the grand scheme of things. You can use the following to see who are the absolute best (and the absolute worst) so you can start getting ready to dominate Tekken 7.

Note that the ranks are broken down into six groups – S, A, B, C, D, F with S being the best, and F being… well you get it.

The following rankings are from Ranked Boost who aggregated the rankings of some of Japans best pro Tekken 7 players including Tsubumi, Ao, and Rage.
