Monster Hunter World Is Getting Another Beta Before Launch

One last hurrah before launch.

Monster Hunter World is getting another round of beta access, so if you missed out on trying the game ahead of its release later this month, you’ve got one last chance. You can try out a new beta test between Jan. 19 and Jan. 22. It’s only for PlayStation 4 players, however, so keep that in mind.

You’ll be able to hunt down the Nergigante and try out the same quests for Anjanath, Barroth, and Jagras as well. The new trailer shows off a few of these beasts that you’ll encounter in your journeys, along with the Elder Dragons Teostra, Dodogama, and Kushala Daora.

Capcom is planning on several additional content drops after the game launches, including free title updates and new monsters such as Deviljho, which will be available this spring. If you’re planning on jumping into Monster Hunter big time, Monster Hunter World will be a great starting point.

In the meantime, before the beta begins, check out the trailer below for a healthy dose of all things Monster Hunter.
