Elder Scrolls Online Is Getting New Season of the Dragon DLC

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

We’re halfway through the year-long journey known as the Season of the Dragon in Elder Scrolls Online. ESO fans have already experienced Wrathstone and Elsweyr, but there are still two remaining DLC packs that create the whole of Season of the Dragon.

The new trailer for Elsweyr was shown off along with the names of the final two DLC packs in the Season of the Dragon.

The trailer mostly focused around a Khajiit archer on horseback battling a dragon in a destroyed city. We also got a glimpse of the Redguard leader of the Dragon Guard, Sai Sahan. The trailer ends with the dragon getting speared by a massive crossbow bolt from a massive ballista-type weapon.

Along with the new trailer we also got the reveal of two new DLC pack names and their release windows.

Scalebreaker is the title of the next round of Elder Scrolls Online DLC and it’s set to come out sometime this August. We don’t know too much about the content, but Bethesda’s official Season of the Dragon site describes it as a dungeon pack.

The last chapter in the Season of the Dragon is titled Dragonhold. The release window on this is just as vague as Scalebreaker. You’ll be able to get your hands on Dragonhold in November. Just like Scalebreaker, there was not much info released, but we know it will include a new story zone.
