For the better part of a week, Destiny 2 streamers, community members, and behind the scenes data collectors, transcribers and fans have been working together to find the solution for the Destiny Corridors of Time puzzle.
Late last night on the East Coast of the U.S. the puzzle was solved and community members invested in solving the puzzle could finally get some well-earned rest. Bungie stated it was a marathon, not a sprint, but that didn’t stop the most hardcore of community members from just powering through it in last than a week anyway.
The process involved having as many players as possible run through a section of the Corridors of Time, and reporting what they saw via a screenshot to community volunteers through resources such as Help Osiris.
From there, other members responsible for transcribing the data would decipher what they saw and pass that along to data entry people who would track the information and then eventually use the data to update a map for players that were actively trying to get to the end of the maze such as Sweatcicle. It was a long week for sure.
