Sprint: Pokemon Sun and Moon

Recommended Videos

The world of Pokemon Sun and Moon is pretty big, and in the beginning you’ll have nothing but your two legs to get around. Walking by just using the thumbstick will get you around, though it won’t be at a very quick pace. Thankfully, there’s a way to sprint while you’re moving around the world or indoors.

To sprint, simply hold down the B button as you move around. This will double your speed, allowing you explore much more quickly. You don’t have any stamina, so you can sprint to your heart’s content.

Keep in mind that this doesn’t stop any random encounters or anything of that nature. You won’t sprint past a threat, but you’ll at least get to one quicker. Have fun out there and enjoy the Sun of the Alola Islands.
