First and foremost, you will need a Level 80 crafting (DoH) or gathering (DoL) job, as the Gleaner Outfit is one of the final rewards you receive from researcher Margrat for completing her Custom Deliveries side questline in Labyrinthos. While we have a complete guide to initiating and completing this newest set of custom deliveries, if you haven’t picked it up already, the quest to start things off can be found in Old Sharlayan. Speak to the Elezen NPC named Theopauldin down at Scholar’s Harbor (X:13.8, Y:15.0) to start “A Request of One’s Own”, which will bring you to a formal introduction with Margrat in Labyrinthos.

Each week that you complete a set of up to 6 custom deliveries for her, with whichever crafted/gathered items she’s requested, her satisfaction gauge will fill. The higher quality those items are, the faster the gauge will go, and you can reach the fifth level of satisfaction with Margrat in as little as 4 weeks. Once you do, you’ll receive the “Satisfaction Guaranteed: Margrat V” achievement, as well the “Sleepless Scholar” title for you to display if you wish.

On top of that, Margrat will have one final quest for you called, “The Pride of Labyrinthos”, which triggers a rather emotional cutscene with all the researchers of Labyrinthos coming to see the Warrior of Light who took Ragnarok, the ship they all worked tirelessly to build, out into the far reaches of space to confront the final adversary of Endwalker. At the end of the conversation, you’ll receive a gift in the form of the Gleaner Outfit, which you can take straight to your Glamour Dresser to dye and wear as you want.

That concludes our guide to how to get the Gleaner Outfit in FFXIV. We hope you found this helpful, and let us know if you like this particular outfit.
