Fortnite Scoped Revolver: What You Need to Know

It’s time for the long-range weapon options in Fortnite to see some changes with the release of the Scoped Revolver. Here’s everything you need to know about the Scoped Revolver so that you know what to expect when it arrives in game.

Surprisingly not leaked ahead of time, the Scoped Revolver was first spotted when Epic updated the in-game news feed with an image of it.

As you can see in the image at the top of this page, the Scoped Revolver has an orange background, which suggests that it will be a Legendary rarity item. You’ll still find it in chests throughout Fortnite’s world, however.

The in-game description of the weapon reads, “Six-shot pistol that packs a punch and provides perfect accuracy at range,” and it’ll likely be a perfect alternative to the more weighty ranged weapons like the snipers.

We do not know exactly when the Scoped Revolver is due to be added into Fortnite Battle Royale, but it’ll likely be over the next couple of days.

We’re due for the release of Fortnite update 7.20, and the weapon will likely be added to the game as part of that update.

The basic revolver was vaulted back in version 5.40, so this new item could be going some way to being its long awaited replacement.

The new revolver is unlikely to be one of the more game breaking weapons to be added to Fortnite. It’ll certainly be no sword that basically makes you invincible, since it’s a version of an older weapon, but with a scope added.
