The Division 2 has just kicked off in its private beta, giving players a chance to run through the opening main missions and get to grips with the various systems. Unfortunately, the Delta 03 error seems to keep cropping up for players, disconnecting them from the servers. Here’s how to fix Delta 03 error in The Division 2 and what it is.

What Is Delta 03 Error? Answered

From what we can gather, the Delta error codes are to do with Ubisoft’s servers for The Division 2, as was the case with the original The Division. Specifically, the Delta errors indicated that the servers likely couldn’t keep up with the volume of traffic.

This kind of makes sense, especially with tons of players likely logging into The Division 2 beta at this moment in time. While this is certainly disappointing news, these teething issues are what’s to be expected in beta tests of games.

Can You Fix Delta 03 Errors in The Division 2 Beta?

Update: The servers are currently offline for maintenance, but Ubisoft has just released patch notes for the downtime. According to the notes, the patch fixes “…several sources of game server crashes that resulted in Delta 03 error messages.”

If you keep coming across the Delta 03 errors in The Division 2 beta, Ubisoft is currently suggesting that players run through the connectivity issues checklist, which can be found here on its forums. This is specific to PC, however, so if you’re playing on PS4 or Xbox One, you’re a bit scuppered for now.

Sadly, though, other Agents trying to dive into The Division 2 beta suffering with the Delta 03 error are claiming that the issue isn’t being resolved by following these steps.

If you find yourself in the same boat, it may just be a case of waiting for Ubisoft to make some adjustments to the servers on their end. The Twitter account for the game is already replying to players suffering with connectivity issues, stating that they’re “currently experiencing server stability issues and are taking steps to resolve this.”

As such, for now, if you continue to get plagued with the Delta 03 error, you may want to take a break and keep an eye out on the above Twitter account for more updates.
