After you’ve completed the prologue mission in Agents of Mayhem, you’ll be able to access the Ark for the first time, which is essentially the Agency’s headquarters. Here, you’ll be introduced to a few basic gameplay mechanics such as unlocking new weapons and crafting equipment to be used in the battlefield.

The Ark is also where you’ll get to check a full list of missions and operations that are currently available to you in the game. When you’re ready to leave the Ark, head to the terminal in the main lobby of the area. Interact with it, and you’ll see a list of operations to choose from. The top option will always be the next main mission that’s required to progress through the story, but if you scroll down, you’ll see some optional objectives to pursue, including timed global missions that can be completed for extra experience points and cash.

All you have to do is highlight the operation that you want, select it, and you’ll be good to go. If you don’t want to go on any specific operation, you can also select a warp point to take you straight back to Seoul for further exploration.
