Daemon X Machina – New Switch Games (September 2019)

daemon x machina, new switch games releasing in september 2019

Daemon X Machina is a hyper-stylish, cel-shaded mech action game that looks like it came straight out of the Gundam anime.

This game is a Switch exclusive and is being developed by Marvelous Entertainment has you attempting to survive a post-apocalyptic world by controlling powerful mechs and unleashing havoc on enemy arsenals.

There’s also going to be a four-player online multiplayer mode, so you can battle it out in your mech suits with some of your buddies.

links awakening remake, new switch games releasing in september 2019

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is remembered as one of the strangest and most bizarre entries in Nintendo’s long-running franchise as everything you encounter in the game feels like a hazy dream of sorts.

There are Chain Chomps, a very long trading quest, a magical wind fish, Goombas, and a guy that look very similar to Mario. It has tons of references from other Nintendo properties and is more akin to a puzzle game than action.

This remake intends to bring back the soul of the original but with some much-needed quality-of-life changes to make the experience a little bit better, and just look at that art style –it oozes with visual charm.

If you’re a Zelda fan, this will definitely scratch that itch while we patiently wait for the recently revealed sequel to Breath of the Wild.

Ori and the Blind Forest – New Switch Games (September 2019)

ori and the blind forest

Ori and the Blind Forest was originally a Microsoft exclusive but just like what happened with Cuphead not too long ago, it’s coming to Switch this month!

Ori was praised for its Metroidvania style of gameplay, its gorgeous hand-painted visuals, and the deep and emotional narrative that is just begging to be played.

This game seems to be the perfect fit for the hybrid console as it takes inspiration from games like Metroid and Castlevania.

If you don’t own an Xbox One, then be ready to experience one of Microsoft’s greatest first-party titles.

Dragon Quest XI S – New Switch Games (September 2019)

dragon quest xi s, new switch games

Dragon Quest XI S is coming to Switch this month and it’s going to feature several enhancements over the original game while keeping the charm, accessible combat, and the gorgeous art style that was praised when it first came out in the west.

In our initial review for DQ11, we talked about how much we loved the surprising plot, the cast of characters, and the surprising amount of depth and content.

This title might not look as vibrant as the other console versions, but it’s sure to be a good fit on the Switch.

And that’s it for all of the new Switch releases for September of 2019. What game are you looking forward to the most? Let us know in the comments below!
