Following the fight with Morgott, you will be in the same arena as the battle. However, there will be a Site of Grace nearby that you should most definitely rest at. Upon doing so, speak to Melina, and she will grant you the all-important Rold Medallion.

The Grand Lift of Rold will lead you to the Mountaintop of the Giants in Elden Ring.

The Rold Medallion is needed to operate the Grand Lift of Rold, which is located towards the east of capital. By making your way pass even more enemies on foot, you will eventually reach a gigantic lift just like the Grand Lift of Dectus, and using the Rold Medallion grants you access to the snowcapped area.
