Dragon Ball Z Kakarot takes place in a semi-open world and a lot of the quests can be pretty complex. So that you can complete the Tough Break for Turtle quest, here’s everything you need to know about how to get Royal Tomato in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot.
Tough Break for Turtle is a substory that you can take on during the first intermission of the game, right after the Saiyan Saga. What you need to do is grab a few ingredients for Turtle, and one of those items is the Royal Tomato.
How to Get Royal Tomato in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot
The person you need to find is a farmer who you’ll find in the southwest mountains but he won’t just give you the Royal Tomato you’re after. To get him to give it over, you’ll need to give him 10 Great Energetic Fish in exchange. Below is the farmer’s exact location.
You can check out our specific guide on where to get the fish for the full breakdown as you try to get the Royal Tomato, but you need to head to the Kame Island area.
Head to the island to the north west of Kame House and look for a pier with a fishing spot.
Now you need to head out above the water and look for flocks of seagulls. Just dive into the water below them, and look for yellow sparkles, which should be the fish you’re after.
After you’ve collected all the fish you can see there, you can keep looking for another flock or simply travel to a new location then back to Kame House to reload the spawns.
All you need to do then to get the Royal Tomato is go back to farmer and present the fish to him. You can then go back to the Turtle to finish the quest if the tomato was the final ingredient on your list.
