What Level 20,000 XP Is
20,000 XP should put you squarely in between Level 18 and 19. Level 18 hits at 19,200 XP while Level 19 will hit at 21,650 XP.
Do note that these numbers are based on the numbers from Season 8, however, the last few seasons have stuck pretty close to using the same scale so there will be very little discrepancy, if any at all.
