What the Max Level Cap Is in Spider-Man PS4
Here’s what you need to know about the max level cap in Spider-Man PS4.
As you complete missions, side activities, or just finish beating up some goons in Spider-Man PS4, you’ll earn a chunk of XP. It might not always be a ton, but every little helps and will eventually cause Spidey to level up. In doing so, you’ll unlock skill points, which, you guessed it, can be spent to unlock new skills and abilities.
There are three different skill trees, with each one having a specific ‘theme’ to the skills that are included in each one.
While, at first, you’ll want to pick the skills and abilities that best work for your playstyle, some of you may be wondering exactly what the max level cap is in Spider-Man PS4, and whether or not it’s possible to unlock all skills in Spider-Man PS4.
Well, it turns out that the max level cap in Spider-Man PS4 doesn’t really seem to exist. We’ve hit level 50, and while it now requires 29,000 XP to level up, it’s not seemingly the max level cap. We don’t know if it’s even possible to earn the 29,000 XP to level up, with level 50 having taken us nearly 100%’ing the entire game to reach.
Once you’ve hit level 50 in Spider-Man PS4, however, you’ll be able to unlock every last one of the skills in the game, essentially making it the max level cap that really matters in the game, at least.
Update: A bit of an update regarding the max level cap, thanks to reader PsychoSquirrel, we now know that reaching level 51 in Spider-Man PS4 grants an additional 1 HP and 1% increase to melee damage. As such, it may be possible to continue leveling up and hit a higher max level cap acquiring these little boosts, but it’s a lot of XP for such a small reward.
Of course, with additional story content DLC on the way for Spider-Man PS4 over the coming months, it’s likely we could get additional skills, a raise in max level cap, and more content to easily earn XP.
