FIFA 18: How to Get Loyalty

How to Get Loyalty in FIFA 18

Recommended Videos

Loyalty is a pretty important thing, not just in everyday life and with your real-life acquaintances, but when it comes to your FIFA 18 Ultimate Team squad, too. Of course, not every player you have in your team will have the loyalty badge, so here’s what you need to know to get loyalty in FIFA 18, as well as what it does.

First things first, let’s go into a bit about what loyalty does in FIFA 18. Once a player has got the loyalty trait, you’ll be able to tell by the little badge on their card that will go green. This essentially boosts your team chemistry (by one for each player if they don’t already have 10 chemistry), which determines how well your team will play with one another. In that sense, it’s a pretty big deal.

To get loyalty in FIFA 18, you’ll need to simply play 10 games with any one player and they’ll be given the badge. Pack-pulled players already have it. It doesn’t matter whether you win or lose the games, as long as it counts as a game played for your Ultimate Team. There is a quicker way, however, for you to get loyalty and it involves exploiting a bit of a glitch.

All you want to do is play any single-player game match within Ultimate Team and have the player you want to get loyalty in FIFA 18 in your starting line-up. Team of the Week is usually the best game mode to try this with, so pick whatever difficulty you like and let the game load. As soon as you or your opposition kick off, pause the game and then hard quit the game. You must have kicked off for this to work, however, otherwise it won’t register the game as having been played. Rinse and repeat this 10 times and you’ll have a squad full of loyal players in FIFA 18 Ultimate Team in no time at all.

That’s all you need to know to get loyalty in FIFA 18. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
