Persona 5 Confidant Answers to Max Social Links
Futaba is a bit of an introvert and one of the cooler characters in Persona 5. She also has some solid abilities for turning the tables on the enemy. She’s also one of the game’s romance options. Here are her confidant answers:
Rank 1: 8/31, Unlocks Moral Support
This is part of the main story so it can’t be missed. You’ll meet up with her in Akihabara.

Chihaya is a medium you can meet in Shinjuku by heading to her table at night. It’s expensive to start a bond with her, but she happens to be one of the romance options in Persona 5. Here are her confidant answers:
Rank 1: Must complete “Ending the Boyfriend’s Abuse”, Unlocks Luck Reading
The request needed to start the Confidant bond with Chihaya is unlocked by first purchasing a stone from her (for 100,000 yen), then talking to her. Once you complete the request, head back and talk to her again to start things up.
Rank 2:
- “Encourage her.” (mandatory)
- “Overturn your fate”(mandatory)
- “Open your mind to change.”
Rank 3: Unlocks Money Reading
- “Follow his heart.” (mandatory)
- “Thieves may steal her away.” (mandatory)

When you first talk to Chihaya to get Rank 8 it doesn’t matter what you say, you’ll still end up with the new request. After completing it, go and talk to her again.

XI Strength (Caroline and Justine)
Persona 5 Confidant Answers to Max Social Links
The twin wardens represent the Strength Arcana in Persona and can become Confidants starting as early as 5/18. Their abilities are very useful for players who invest time infusing Personas. Unlike other Confidants, there are no answers to consider, you simply have to bring the requested Persona to them. They are found in the Velvet Room. Note that sometimes you will need to strengthen a Persona to learn a move. The move inherited is random so make sure to save first, so you don’t waste resources constantly fusing the same thing. Here are their confidant answers:
Rank 1: 5/18, Unlocks Group Guillotine
Show a Jack Frost that has the Mabufu ability.
Rank 2: Requires Level 16
This time you’ll need a Shiissa with Frei.
Rank 3: Requires Level 19
Get a Matador with Magaru.
Rank 4: Requires Level 25
You need to show the twins a Flauros with the Tarukaja ability. Fuse a Berith, an Eligor, and a level 11 Andras (Andras will learn the required move at level 11).
Rank 5: Requires Level 29, Unlocks Guillotine Booster
For an Ame-no-Uzume w/ Dodge Psy you’ll need to strengthen a fusion. First there are two different combinations that give you a Ame-no-Uzume: Okuninushi + Sadama or Arsene + Norn. Strengthen the combination with a level 27 or higher Kin-Ki.
Rank 6: Requires Level 30
Combine a Kodama, Sudama, and Anzu to create a Neko Shogun. Then strengthen it with an Orobas or Flauros. Remember to save first just in case you don’t inherit the Dekaja skill.
Rank 7: Requires Level 34
There are two ways to get a Lachesis. Either Koppa Tengu + Red Rider or Eligor + Unicorn. Strengthen the result with a Clotho to get the required Tetraja skill.
Rank 8: Requires Level 42
This is a tough one to get, but thankfully there are four different combinations to make the requested persona. Clotho + Red Rider, Clotho _ Belphegor, Kikuri-Hime + Belphegor, or Unicorn + Power give you a Hecatoncheires. You must then strengthen it with either a Lilim or Thoth to learn the Masukunda ability.
Rank 9: Requires Level 49
To create a Bugs with Samarecarm combine Pixie, Pisaca, and a level 41 Hariti.
Rank 10: Requires level 51, Unlocks Special Treatment and Zaou-Gougen for fusion
First, you’ll need a Seth which can be obtained by fusing Isis, Thoth, and Anubis. Next, you’ll need the High Counter ability which you can obtain by strengthening with level 52 Dakini, Hecatoncheires, or a Hope Diamond.
