It looks like the Xbox Austria Facebook page has revealed April’s Games with Gold titles early.

The page has been verified, so unless there’s been a huge slip up, we have no reason to believe that these aren’t the official free titles for Xbox Live subscribers next month.

Starting the month off are Ryse: Son of Rome and Darksiders for Xbox One and Xbox 360 respectively. Of course Darksiders will also be playable on Xbox One thanks to backwards compatibility. Ryse was a title that created a huge amount of hype leading up to its release, but didn’t match it with critical acclaim. However, it’s still graphically stunning third-person hack and slash game. Darksiders is also a hack and slash title, but also features role-playing elements, as players take the role of one of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Further along in the month on Apr. 16, members will also have access to The Walking Dead Season 2 on Xbox One, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations on Xbox 360 (also playable on Xbox One). Telltale’s The Walking Dead series has been a commercial and critical success, whilst Assassin’s Creed Revelations is part of one of the most popular video game franchises of all time.

It looks like a great month for Xbox Live subscribers. Are you excited about any of the free games? Let us know in the comments section below.
