Watch Dogs 2: How to Craft

Craft – Watch Dogs 2

Recommended Videos

Watch Dogs 2 takes a lot of cues from its predecessor but it also goes out and does its own thing regarding a few of the mechanics. For instance, crafting, which was an important component of the first game’s combat, isn’t present in this latest release, at least not in the same way. You can craft, however, it’s not for throwable items. Instead, you’ll be crafting weapons back at HQ.

To craft a weapon all you need to do is head to DedSec HQ and access the 3D Printer, it’s the one that has “Magic Box” bedazzled onto the side and a unicorn farting rainbows. Interact with it by holding Triangle or Y and choose a slot. You have two slots for weapons as the stun gun is locked in as well as the Jumper and Quadcopter. Select a slot, highlight the weapon you want, and, as long as you have the required funds, you’re free to craft it and take it out into the street.

As far as throwables and the different Mass Hacks you can employ, they recharge over time, so you don’t have to craft those anymore in Watch Dogs 2.
