Ubisoft has revealed the release date for The Crew 2 today, along with various editions and pre-order bonuses. The sequel to the 2014 open-world driving game comes to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on March 16, 2018.
The Crew 2 features air and water vehicles, in addition to regular cars, in a “new take” on the open world of the United States. Players will be able to quickly switch between the three types of vehicles, and complete challenges in street racing, powerboat racing, aerobatics, jetsprint, rally raid, drift, alpha grand prix, and motocross.
Pre-orders are now available, and pre-ordering any edition will receive the Legendary Motors Pack which contains the Mercedes-AMG C 63 Touring Car 2016 and Harley-Davidson Iron 883 2017. The $70 Deluxe Edition includes the Motorsports Deluxe Pack, which has the Ford F-150 Raptor Race Truck 2017, Abarth 500 2008 Monster Truck Edition, Pilatus PC-21 Aerobatics Plane, and three racing outfits.
The Gold Edition includes all of the above, the game’s season pass, and three days early access to start playing on March 13. This package will cost $99.99 digitally and $109.99 at retail.
The game will also receive a beta for all platforms sometime before launch. Players can register for the beta here.
