The Sims 4 Comes Back To Spa Day With A Refresh Update

The Sims 4 Spa Day has been out now for a while, but many Simmers have felt as though it could use an update. The team behind the game has decided to jump back to the pack and “refresh” it with a big, free update. If you have Spa Day and are looking to get more worth out of what you paid, then this update will be perfect for you. The Sims 4 Spa Day refresh update brings many new features to the pack including manicures, pedicures, and much more.

Spa Day’s refreshing new update will be released on Tuesday, September 7. The trailer, showcased earlier today just a week after the launch of the new Industrial Loft Kit, is just below so be sure to give it a watch for more details and read on for the highlights.

The trailer for the Spa Day refresh update opens up introducing new features such as days out at the salon for your Sims including experiences like facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, saunas, and yoga. It seems that there will be a variety of things to choose from, such as different designs for nails or various types of facials.

The ability to change nail color is completely new to the game as an official feature, as Simmers have been creating custom content to do so until now. Whether it’s shape or color, your Sim can finally choose what kinds of nails to rep. The new yoga mat designs will also fit in perfectly in a Sim’s own private home, not just the spa, meaning that Sims can treat themselves on any day. If they’re looking to bust a move, pop out a new mat for them!

Sims will be able to look toward new Wellness aspirations such as Zen Guru, Self-Care Specialist, and Inner Peace. They will be able to earn money by helping other Sims develop their own mindfulness. Meditation will come with the Spa Day refresh update, meaning that Sims will be able to unwind together (or alone if your Sims prefer to go solo), Children are not going to be excluded from the new update’s activities, so don’t forget to sign them up for a day of relaxation.
