Reviews for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End are finally out, and it’s been receiving a lot of praise and acclaim from critics. Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox over at Microsoft, took to Twitter today to congratulate Naughty Dog and SCE president Shuhei Yoshida on the game’s overwhelmingly positive reviews, praising them for their “amazing work.”
Congrats @Naughty_Dog and @yosp on another great Uncharted with #Uncharted4, amazing work.

It’s worth noting that Spencer’s been very vocal about being supportive and maintaining good relations with the rival console too. Just two months ago in March, Spencer posted a tweet stating that congratulations and thanks should always be given to developers who make quality games, and that fans who hope for a developing team’s failure just because their games are on a different console aren’t considered “real gamers.”
Shuhei Yoshida replied to Spencer’s tweet amicably as well, and it looks like the two heads will be meeting up at E3.
It’ll be exciting to see what both Microsoft and Sony have planned for the E3 conference in Los Angeles this June. You can check out our review of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End here.
