Destiny 2 Story Explained
During the attack on the Tower and the Traveler, some pieces broke off and were scattered in the forest down below. They still hold the power of the Light and call to the guardian in order to restore their abilities. As a chosen one, the guardian seeks out the Shard, as the Ghost feels its pull.
The Traveler may be out of contention at the moment in Destiny 2, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to leave you on your own to fight the biggest threat Earth has faced thus far. A new subclass is born (depending on your chosen class it’s either the Dawnblade Warlock, Sentinel Titan, or Arcstrider Hunter), and it’s time to set out and take down Ghaul.
Of course, that’s a task that’s much easier said than done. It’s time to gather up the troops, the Tower must be taken back.
