Last week, we saw the release of the Everyone Is Here update for Dead Cells on PC. This big update adds weapons and skins from games like Hollow Knight, Skul: The Hero Slayer, Hyper Light Drifter, and Blasphemous. And the best part of this whole thing? It’s available to all players for free.
You can check out the trailer for yourself down below:
Console players can now enjoy the new content as well, as it’s just been added to Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch. The Switch version, in particular, has seen a remarkable improvement in gameplay performance since the original launch a few years back. It now runs at a pretty stable 60fps, and you can’t go wrong with any of the platforms this game is on.
The update lets you dress up as iconic characters like the Knight from Hollow Knight, and even lets you use some of their iconic moves like the pogo jump with the Nail weapon. Here are all the characters and weapons added with the update:
- Hollow Knight – Pure Nail (Can attack upward and downward. Attacking downward while airborne causes you to bounce on your enemies, dealing critical damage.)Â
- Blasphemous – Face Flask (Crush a flask on your forehead, dealing low damage to yourself and transforming 35 percent of your missing health into recovery.)Â
- Hyper Light Drifter – Gun & Sword (The gun marks its targets while also dealing damage. The sword deals critical damage to the marked targets, increasing with the number of gun marks on the target. Sword hits also recharge the gun’s ammo, which doesn’t recharge passively.)Â
- Guacamelee! – Pollo Power (Turn into a chicken for a few seconds, firing several explosive eggs around you because of course.)Â
- Skul: The Hero Slayer – Bone (Smash enemies with a bone club. Hitting with the second attack enables a whirlwind attack that deals critical damage.)Â
- Curse of the Dead Gods – Machete & Pistol (Slash twice with a machete. The third attack uses the pistol to bump and inflict critical damage to nearby enemies. Holding the attack button charges a slow and powerful ranged attack.)Â
Dead Cells is now available on PC and consoles.
