Days Gone Shows Off Critical Acclaim in a New Accolades Trailer

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

The accolades trailer for Days Gone was just uploaded to PlayStation’s YouTube channel, and it shows off some of Days Gone’s critical acclaim amongst the divided critic and player opinions following its release last month.

Recommended Videos

The trailer shows off quotes from the following critics and sites, accompanied by Days Gone gameplay and scenery: Hardcore Gamer, Bleacher Report, GamesRadar, Escapist Magazine, and Video Chums. These quotes praise Days Gone’s world, story, immersion, and melee combat.

Scores and star ratings are also shown from a number of magazines and sites in traditional accolades trailer fashion, praising Bend Studio’s latest title, with most scores averaging around 9 out of 10 or equally 4 out of 5.

The full list of review scores displayed in this trailer are: Level Up 9.4/10, PlayStation Lifestyle 9/10, Cheat Code Central 4.8/5, Worth Playing 8.5/10, Attack of the Fanboy 4 stars out of 5, Dark Station 4 stars out of 5, Hardcore Gamer 4/5, and GameRant 4/5.

The trailer ends on the tag-line “This world comes for you,” an inviting and daunting summary of what players can expect to feel when playing Days Gone and escaping the endless influx of zombies and other threats.
