Mass Effect Andromeda puts players in the shoes of a new hero named Ryder. Ryder’s male and female options aren’t just random people, they’re a brother/sister duo who get transported to a new galaxy. Today, Bioware has revealed the voice actors for the male and female versions of our new protagonist, along with their father.

The male version of Ryder (first name Scott) will be voiced by Tom Taylorson, while the sister Sarah’s actor is Fryda Wolff. Wolff’s work includes being one of the voice options for an American soldier in XCOM 2, Mira in Killer Instinct, and the narrator for Civilization: Beyond Earth. Taylorson’s resume features the voice of Octodad (and that game’s male characters), a narrator for Coca-Cola and Coors Light ads, and additional voices in Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs. Their father, Alec, is voiced by Clancy Brown, who most will remember as Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants.

More Mass Effect Andromeda news is sure to hit over the course of the day beyond the voice actors, so stay tuned to Twinfinite for more news. And while you’re at it, go ahead and check out that sweet box art featuring Ryder looking like a badass.
