Simply go to the game’s store page on Origin and click on the orange button to add it to the library. An ad for the company’s Origin Access service will pop up, select the “Buy Now – $0.00” option, and then select the standard edition to claim the free offer.

Those with an Origin Access subscription might have to do a little workaround to get a free copy to keep forever.

Click the arrow next to the orange button and select “Add to Wishlist” from the drop-down menu, add the standard edition, and hit the orange “Get the Game” button from the wishlist page to add to the library.

Origin Access subscribers already have access to the The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition from the Origin Vault, which also includes the Dine Out and Kids Room Stuff properties.

Origin Access is available for $4.99 per month/$29.99 yearly for Basic or $14.99 per month/$99.99 yearly for Premier.

The Sims 4 originally released in 2014 for PC and 2017 for consoles with all versions receiving additional expansions and add-ons since, including the Strangerville game pack last February.

The free offer is only available until Tuesday, May 28, and will be kept forever even after the promotion has ended.
