Randomized Mass Effect Playthrough

This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

Part of the fun of playing a game with a morality system is making the choices that you would make in your life. For example, every time I’ve ever played a game with a morality system, like the Mass Effect series, I always play Paragon because I’m just an angel. But what would the original Mass Effect play like if you took those choices out of the player’s hand and gave them to a die? That’s what one gamer decided to find out. Everything from dialogue options to stats upgrades is decided by die rolls which frequently results in a Shepard with severe bipolar tendencies.
