While Amazon’s New World has certainly had a rough few months, the developers have been working hard to put out more fixes and patches to address various issues that have been brought up by the community. In a new dev update video, we get a bit more insight into what’s been planned for the next two months.

Some key takeaways include a second free world transfer token for all players once the world merging process has concluded, as well as weapon perk fixes and other balances that will be rolled out slowly from now till February. The developers made sure to emphasize that the game’s desync issue is a top priority for them at the moment, so players can hopefully expect it to get resolved quickly.

Finally, while PvP missions will remain untouched for now, the developers have also stated that they are keeping an eye on it, and that the Arenas mode is still on its way, though there’s no set release date for it at the moment.

New World is now available on PC.
