How Do You Play?
Now that you’re logged in and have your character selected, you just have to get out there and play. Thankfully, playing the game is pretty easy. You’ll be dropped into the Hidden Leaf Village, and from there you’ll be able to accept quests and embark on Instances, which are what Naruto Online calls missions.
On the right side of your screen you’ll notice a Mission List. This stays updated with everything you’re currently able to do in Naruto Online. If you need to do something, simply click it in the list and your character will automatically start running towards the quest giver or the location of your mission. Once you accept a mission, simply complete what’s asked and you’ll earn experience, items, gear, and even extra characters to place into your team. Missions come in the form of battles, exploration, collection, or just watching events.
There are a few side activities you can get into for big rewards. One is the Ninja Exam, which is a gauntlet of battles you can run through for experience and Magatama (jewels that power up your gear). There’s also the Arena, where you can try your skills against other players (this unlocks after you level up), and other events to keep you occupied.
Everything is accessed through a simple click of a menu, so there is no worry of getting lost. When in doubt, simply click the Mission List and you’ll be back on track.
