Fatalities:

1. (Close-range) Down, Back, Down, Back, X
2. (Close-range) Forward, Back, Forward, Back, Triangle

Brutalities:

1. Back, Down + Circle

X-Ray (L2+R2 with full meter)

Mileena has the benefit of a really quick X-Ray, making it pretty difficult to dodge. It’s triggered by a portal into the ground, followed by a kick from above. It’s pretty easy to catch opponents off-guard with this one, making it one of the best X-Ray attacks in the game. The only thing is that you should be careful with is triggering it too close to opponents. It’s best to use Mileena’s X-Ray attack from mid-range or greater.
