Lost Ark Devs Promise to Address Missing Premium Content & Crystalline Aura Issues this Week

Lost Ark has just been released in North America and Europe, and it’s seen a rather successful first week so far. The game hasn’t launched without its fair share of issues, but it looks like the developers are well aware of what the more pressing problems are, as outlined on the game’s official forums.

Some users have reported that their Crystalline Auras aren’t activating in-game after purchase, and the developers have stated that this issue is being caused by the high load and traffic that the servers are currently experiencing. That said, they’re currently working on a client-side patch to be released this week that will hopefully resolve the issue.

In addition to that, the devs have also acknowledged the issue that some players are having with the story quests disappearing from the game, in addition to the long queue times on EU servers. More servers will be made available to help alleviate traffic, and the developers are also working on in-game compensation for players who have been unable to progress in the story.

Lost Ark is now available on PC.
