The crossbow is one of the more niche weapons in Skyrim. It’s the closest thing we’ll get to an actual firearm, but it also acts as a bow. The reload speed is what really kills the weapon, but it’s still pretty fun to use and packs quite a punch.
If you love using crossbows in Skyrim, this mod will make it easier to aim at your foes. Simple Scoped Crossbow mounts a tiny scope above your crossbow, letting you aim with more precision.
It’s worth noting, however, that the mod doesn’t actually change the weapon nor does it zoom in on your foes. All it does is add an extra reticle for aiming, which still makes a big difference during combat.
