In order to increase your loyalty level with Clara O’Dea, you’ll need to complete the associate activity called Child Liberation. To reach level 5, you must complete 12 of these missions, each providing 750 influence. Freeing the children from their factory enslavement will get you a various assortment of items and crafting plans as you progress through the ranks.
