Sunless Sea is the beautifully gothic roguelike title from Failbetter Games, and it’ll finally be making its way over to the iPad this year. According to Failbetter, the iPad version of the game will come packed with all the features and updated content from the PC version, but it will not include the Zubmariner expansion pack.
The mobile port is being handled by BlitWorks, also known for their mobile ports of games like Invisible Inc, Don’t Starve, and Broken Age. With the mobile port, players will be able navigate their way around the game’s world with new and optimized touch controls. Failbetter didn’t mention how much the mobile port will cost, but it shouldn’t be too pricey for those looking to fight zee-beasts on the go.
Sunless Sea is now available on PC via Steam, and will soon be available for iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, and higher devices. Will you be grabbing the mobile port once it’s out? Let us know in the comments down below.
