Dig into the Shadow of the Colossus Story with the Latest Trailer

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Shadow of the Colossus is about to make its debut on PlayStation 4 with a newly-remastered version of the PlayStation 2 original. Built from the ground up and meant to preserve the classic’s gameplay, it’s a gorgeous effort that you’d do well to pick up if you loved the game when it first made the rounds.

If you’re unfamiliar with the story, however, that’s an important part of the game that should definitely be kept under wraps so as not to ruin any of the twists you may not have been expecting.

Shadow of the Colossus is considered one of the best action games in the PlayStation 2’s library, and now that it’s been given an official PlayStation 4 remake, it’s time to jump back into it and see how things have changed since its original debut. Here’s a hint: It’s great-looking. There’s a lot more to it than just how things look, though, which you can read about in our review here from our own Hayes Madsen, who scored the game a 4.5/5.

In the meantime, you can check out the new story trailer below.
