Get To Meet Grant in Overkill’s Latest The Walking Dead Trailer

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Overkill Software is continuing to introduce new characters in its series of trailers for the upcoming Overkill’s The Walking Dead, and the newest addition to the staff already revealed is Grant. Following Maya’s reveal just a few weeks ago, we’ve got a fresh new look at the older Grant, who apparently never goes anywhere without his sniper rifle.

Grant also apparently likes to hang out with zombies and think about the good old days, when he would spend time with his granddaughter, and it’s a darkly sweet vignette that really endears you to this crotchety old man. If this is how most of this Walking Dead adventure will play out, then color us excited to see more.

Unfortunately, as cool as the character introduction trailers we’ve seen lately are, we haven’t seen a whole lot of the game as far as in-game footage is concerned, or how the gameplay will actually work. Hopefully the next line of trailers can provide that for us, but we’re certainly not complaining about the cinematic looks we’ve had at the game so far. If nothing else, we know that the game certainly looks good.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead is slated for release in fall 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
