How Long Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus Is and How Many Missions There Are
Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus from Machine Games, is now out and is a solely single-player experience. Without any options for multiplayer or co-op play, fans are wondering how long the main story is, and how many missions there are, so that they know how long they will be spending with the game.
The game is split into 11 named story missions, with some of them being broken up into smaller sections that you will be notified of in-game when transitioning between areas and into cutscenes. The names of the missions, which will show in the description of each save file, are:
- The Reunion
- Manhattan
- Old Secrets
- Roswell
- Monster
- A New Suit
- New Orleans
- Venus
- Lost at Sea
- The Ausmerzer
- Epilogue
Of course, as has always been the case with the Wolfenstein games, how long it will take to work through depends on which difficulty you choose. The easiest difficulty is called ‘Can I Play, Daddy?’ and it would take about eight hours to finish the game, the medium difficulty is ‘Bring ’em on!’ which you can expect to take 10-12 hours, and it’ll of course take longer if you increase the difficulty further. Wolfenstein 2 is quite challenging so you may find yourself turning the difficulty down as you play, depending on how skilled you are at first-person shooters.
