Cooking and What It Does in Pokemon Quest

As you make your way through the massive island of Pokemon Quest, you will eventually need to change up your party and add more Pokemon to give your team some versatility. The best way to do this is by cooking food at your base camp. Here’s what you need to know about this particular mechanic.

First off, click on the Base Camp icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. You’ll be taken back to your camp, and you’ll see a black cooking pot on the ground. Tap that, and you’ll have the option of choosing which ingredients you want to put into the pot. You can put up to five ingredients to create a new dish. Once you’re done, simply go on a few expeditions until your meal has finished cooking. The number of expeditions required will be indicated on top of the pot once you’ve put in the ingredients. Alternatively, you can also spend PM Tickets to bypass the waiting process and reap the benefits immediately.

Cooked meals will attract new Pokemon to your camp, and they’ll be immediately available for deployment in your party. Different meals will attract different types of creatures, so be sure to experiment to see what you get.
