F The Prom is another teen movie that stars The Kissing Booth’s Joel Courtney, who actually plays a similar role in this film. Here, he plays a teenager named Cole who’s been best friends with a girl named Maddy, only for their relationship to fall apart after an embarrassing accident on their first day of high school.
Fast forward to three years later and both friends are at the end of the popularity spectrum, with Maddy reigning as the high school popular girl while Cole is still stuck as the resident nerd. When things begin falling apart for Maddy, however, she turns to Cole and the pair begin to rekindle their relationship by plotting to sabotage the school prom.
