Tip 3: Training & Being Patient
Training points are still gone so you’ll need continue to focus on playing MLB The Show 19 the right way. Don’t swing and miss at everything unless you want to take forever getting your contact up. Minimize mistakes like errors and walks and play smart.
Try your best to play the way you’re supposed to play and RTTS will speed up your progress in getting called up to the majors. However, if you’re really struggling and your progress is being halted because you’re having a hard time in-game, then you need to make up for it using the training opportunities.
Weigh your options and try to pick sessions that are going to improve what you’re good at if you’re playing well, or help make your weaknesses less noticeable.
Finally when all is said and done, as long as you’re doing all of the above and playing decently well, it shouldn’t take more than a season or two to get called up into the majors. Ultimately San Diego Studios knows that most people want to get the majors ASAP and aren’t trying to bog you down in the minors for a realistic amount of time.
You’re supposed to be a prodigy, play at least somewhat like one, and you’ll be called up in RTTS soon enough.
