How Long Matterfall Is and How Many Levels There Are

Recommended Videos

Matterfall has finally arrived for PS4 and PC. Players will this time face off against the machines as they make their way through futuristic levels and try and get the highest score they can. Here’s how many levels you’ll have access to in Matterfall and how long it’ll take for you to beat them all.

Unfortunately, the game is pretty short in length only coming in at 12 levels. These are broken into three separate groups, with three levels of platforming and bullet hell action, and then a boss stage at the end to put your combat skills to the test. All in all, it took us about three hours to triumph over Matterfall’s story, although there’s always the option to play through again on a higher difficulty should you want an added challenge.

Outside of taking on these levels or trying to beat your high score, the game doesn’t have anything else to offer. There’re no Arcade or Survival modes here as seen in other Housemarque titles. As a result, many players may find that they’re done with the game once they reach the credits roll, unless you love the challenge of a good online leaderboard.

That’s all you need to know about how long Matterfall is. For more on the game, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
