Snowhead is where the game first really starts asking you to use Goron Link’s roll efficiently and effectively to be able to travel around. Jumping gaps may seem pretty very difficult if you haven’t gotten the hang of it. The key is to remember that on most of the platforms before gaps, there is a lot of friction for Goron Link to grip onto. Move yourself back as far as you can to the door or stairs you came out of and go into the Goron curl first at a dead stop. Then, try to go as fast as you can, and Goron Link will grip the ground as he builds up his magic attack. When he activates the attack, the friction will disappear and you will go at top speed over the gap.
