How to Change Destinies in Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning
You can change Destinies at most any point in Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning by going to the main menu.
This is done by pressing the Options button on PlayStation 4 or the Menu Button on Xbox One, and then scrolling down to the Destinies option. From there, you can select which of the game’s Destinies – which include Might, Finesse and Sorcery – you wish to have active at any given time.
There’s no limit to how often you can do this either, so use it as you see fit for the duration of your playthrough.
When You Should Use Each Destiny
However, it is worth noting that there are certain times and places that are better for using certain Destinies in Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning.
For example, if you find yourself up against enemies that hit hard from a distance but are brittle up close, then the Might Destiny is the way to go. It’ll allow you to pulverize these foes in a matter of seconds, and buff your stats so that you can tank any damage thrown your way as you close in on them.
If you’ve found enemies that aren’t aware of your presence, then Finesse is the proper choice. It offers skills and buffs that’ll help you pick apart a small force of enemies without drawing their attention, and let you determine when and how a skirmish will begin in earnest.
Finally, if you finds yourself against enemies that are trouble up close but weak to magic, then Sorcery is your best bet. This destiny lets you turn enemies to piles of ash with powerful spells, and allows you to keep a good distance from foes that can be dangerous to duke it out with in close quarters.
