Fire Emblem Three Houses brings back the complex strategy and character development of past games in the series, this time with a few new wrinkles. One of the iconic features of past games is the Blacksmith, and it’s a pretty essential service you’ll want to make uses of in Three Houses. With that, here’s how to unlock the Blacksmith in Fire Emblem Three Houses.
How to Unlock the Blacksmith in Fire Emblem Three Houses
The good news is that you don’t need to go out of your way at all in order to unlock the Blacksmith, it just takes a bit of time. All you need to do is play through the game until you complete the first handful of story missions in act one, at which point you’ll automatically unlock the Blacksmith.
The only catch is that you can only use it on Sundays, which are your free days.
What the Blacksmith Does
The Blacksmith has a couple of different functions, one of which is hugely useful. The first one is repairing broken weapons. If a weapon completely loses its durability in Three Houses it becomes much less useful, and this can even happen to your main character’s weapon, the Sword of the Creator.
Once you unlock the Blacksmith you can repair weapons that have lost their durability, for the price of gold and Smithing Stones. The other useful feature is Forge, which will again let you pay gold and Smithing Stones to upgrade your weapons to + variations, increasing their attack and other stats.
That covers everything you need to know about how to unlock the Blacksmith in Fire Emblem Three Houses. For even more tips, tricks, and info make sure to search Twinfinite, or you can check out our helpful Fire Emblem Three Houses guide wiki.
