The new Endwalker expansion for Final Fantasy XIV is finally available for players who pre-ordered the game, and it brings about a whole slew of new content to get through. The Scions are primed to journey to Sharlayan to find a way to stop the Final Days, and as you might expect from any good ol’ MMO, there’s plenty of new gear to grind for at the end of the game as well. Here’s how to get Tomestones of Aphorism in FFXIV Endwalker.
First off, if you’re new to FFXIV and you’re not familiar with Tomestones, these are an endgame currency that you can only obtain once you’ve beaten the main story of Endwalker.
Getting Tomestones of Aphorism in FFXIV Endwalker
After completing the story, you’ll be able to start earning Tomestones of Aphorism by completing any raid or level 90 dungeon in the game.
You can also get a few Tomestones by doing your daily roulettes. Listed below are all the ways you can get Tomestones of Aphorism in FFXIV Endwalker:
- Obtained as a reward for completing Khloe’s Wondrous Tails journal.
- Completing any level 90 dungeon, trial, or raid.
- Taking part in your daily roulettes (Expert, Level 90, Leveling, etc)
While the daily roulettes only give you a Tomestone payout once per day, you can still do the individual dungeons and raids themselves for a slightly smaller reward. In addition to that, there’s no weekly cap for Tomestones of Aphorism, so you can farm as many as you need.
You can only carry 2,000 Tomestones at a time, however, so make sure to spend them once you hit the cap.
How to Use Tomestones of Aphorism
Upon beating the Endwalker MSQ, you’ll be able to start interacting with the gear exchange vendors at Radz-at-Han. You can speak with them and exchange your Tomestones for ilvl 570 gear, which will increase your gear score dramatically and allow you to start tackling the harder endgame content.
That’s all you need to know about how to get Tomestones of Aphorism in FFXIV Endwalker. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
